Tasia greeted us with her huge smile and we felt immediately welcomed by her and the entire front desk staff. It was easy to find and we were so thankful to have a place to pull in. Tasia answered and told us to come on over she could help us. It was late in the evening and we called Ahern. Special thanks to Effi, our concierge for being so great! She booked us on the Beatles Love Cirque Du Soleil Show and when we got there we were upgraded to seats two rows from the stage! It was the best anniversary gift we could have asked for! We happened upon this place due to a mix-up where we were staying during the huge Cowboy Christmas month where most hotels are sold out. We got a really great rate though Expedia, compared to other properties in the area and they also conveniently offer free parking. From the decor, pool, to amenities, everything is awesome. There were so many great details that made our stay really special. This property is very well located and tastefully decorated. The hotel is undergoing renovations currently but that did not bother us. They looked after our luggage while we went downtown to pickup our car rental, since we arrived early in the morning and the room was not ready. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. I had surprised her with a trip to Vegas and she learned we were going the morning of our trip (I was relieved, since it had been so hard to keep it a secret). My wife and I stayed here on our 10-year wedding anniversary day.
